1.Review Chapters 8, 9, and 10. Select one concept from each chapter that you feel is most important for conflict management specialists to know. Write a paragraph about each of the three concepts and support why you chose them.

2.Find an (1) article that discusses how differences can create conflict. The article you select must be scholarly work. Synthesize the material in the article and respond to what the article says based on what you have learned in class. The synthesis should include an in-text citation in proper APA format and a correct APA reference for the article. Respond tow two classmates postings.
